Fact of the matter is.

You have Lebron on your team.

Prolly the best open court player in the league.

You are not getting the best out of Lebron by slowing the game down and running those BS sets that Mike Brown runs (Lebron dribble for 15-20 Secs, get a pick, then shoot)

You need wings that are athletic.

You need wings that excel in the open court and can get up and down w/ bron.

You need players who can finish round the rim.

You need players that the defense will respect.

Oh, and it wouldn't hurt if that player was a good 3pt shooter....

Oh, yeah.....That sounds like.....

J.R. Smith.

Donyell Marshall and improvement should not be used in the same sentence. EVER.

i guess cavs fans think too highly of anyone there team attempts to go after. JR smith is garbage, sorry to let you down.

Well, I know you hate the Cavs so I'm not going to argue with any of your highly biased opinions.

I been saying we should go after J.R., and hopefully we will pick him up. Dude is an absolute offensive machine.

It's not like we need defense, and he's not gonna give us too much of that anyway. Even if he's a streaky player, at least he has multiple facetsto his game, unlike Sheistyback or Bruise, or Sasha.

With Denver signing Dahntay Jones, and possibly looking to free up some cap space, I don't see how we couldn't snag dude.

I don't like J.R's game too much...

All he can do is either dunk or hit a three.

Just so happens that Lebron is the only player on the Cavs right now who can do that. Not to mention the fact that he has to do everything else for the team.

I just think that J.R's athleticism and shooting ablility gives the Lebron and the cavs something that they haven't had since Bron's been a Cav...

Not to mention the fact that JR isn't too injury prone....

J.R would help out Immensely....Moreso that Mike Redd would or any other 3pt specialist....

'Lonte, J.R. and Bron is a hell of a 1,2,3 IMO....

Cavs should start playing the running game.

Why the hate on Mike Brown? Of course Wizards fans find it humerous, but we've all seen the great Eddie Jordan get outcoached the past 3 years running.

He coached an comparatively untalented team* to the Finals only a year ago. He came from the GP system down in SA and definately has an extremely highbasketball IQ. The turn around in Cleveland without having any significant help on the offensive end for LeBron speaks volumes about his coaching in my eyes.

Give him another year or two--he coaches a slowed down, handcuffed, methodical game that happens to be very effective, however his best player is a open courtnightmare--if he and LeBron can meet somewhere in the middle and add another All NBA talent; I see a championship caliber team.

Mike brown did something right to take the celtics to 7 though so he will not get replaced in the near future

Lebron just doesn't have the team to run a fast break on a consistent basis

offensive coordinator? what is this? football?

see Celtics D coordinator last season.
100%. Tom Thibodeau was the celtics D coordinator. That wasn't his title of course but thats what he might as well have been. Kinda like tex winterwould be a the lakers offensive coordinator. If the cavs were smart they would hire somebody who runs a good O. Mike brown is a good D coach but he can'tkeep running the same "let lebron drive to the hole" play.

they might have to...i (along with many others) don't want to see lebron use pick and rolls every time the cavs are in their half court offense
