Sneaker repair help needed

So I purchased a pair of bc3s to practice a mid-sole repaint before I repainted my 88 3's, came out excellent at first but after 5 wears the paint is all cracked, I wanted to know what I did wrong. I striped using acetone, and did 4 light coats of white and 3 light coats of black. I used angelous paint View media item 1401144
