My guess would be that it's a lipoma (fatty tumor, benign). Usually, they're soft and painless. But it could hurt because you're pushing intoyour muscles really hard. And though you said it's "kinda hard" I dunno what you're comparing it to. Go get it checked out....best adviceanyone here could tell you.

Nah really go to the doc .. my father has a lump on his but it is huge .. he says it starts off small but then grows ( extra pause ) ...get rid of it asap nota goodlook

It could be spina bifida. Is there hair in the location of where it is? Other possibilities are cyst or tumor. Go to a doctor.

imma head to the doctor lmao. i just had a real busy schedule with work and school. lol
i used to do heavy lifting a year or so ago for work so thats what probably caused it.
