^^ proper in "she talks proper" should be "properly". The adverb is modifying the verb "talk"

and sn00pee, ain't nobody even ON the fact that it's based on race anymore.....as I stated (which youneglected to read) the differences generally occur along racial and ethnic divides. So if it's not based on race,then it's on something else.....Guess you didn't read that part tho, it's cool
