I am a member at planet fitness and have no complaints, great hours, no contract, and low monthly fee. Yea along with the low prices they do lack some of theadvanced equipment but they have what i need. O and they do have barbells and squat racks etc.

BB.com goes in on PF

Encouraging stupidity and stereotypes is never good. Also, how could you possibly ever get in shape there???

no disrespect to anyone in here that goes, better than nothing i guess but i could never..............

When I found out that PF offers Pizza and Bagels for free I knew it was a joke.

I think my gym/work is expensive, but id rather pay a higher rate than 10 a month.

It's amazing what cleaning up your diet, cutting out simple things like alcohol and excess sugar, will do for physical appearance.

This is easily Top 3 threads on NT in the last few years

I am trying to drop 30 lbs at least. I am fit, I am in football shape and need to get back to normal.

Pull ups.

If you have a local YMCA, I suggest you setup a membership there, especially if you're a beginner in weight training. They have everything you need.

Today was my squat day and I opted to lighten up and do ##%% to grass instead of my regular squats. Needless to say, I was much more sore/tired after my 3rdset of them deep squats than pyramiding on regular squats.
