Back day was solid again.  Weighed in at 155lbs pre-workout.

Deads - 350x6, 315x8, 285x10

Weighted Chins - +80lbs x 6, +60lbs x 8, +40lbs x 10

Pendlay Rows - 3x5 with 185
 
Anybody ever try P.P.K by blue star nutraceuticals? Never used a pre workout but hitting the gym after work for the last month has been a struggle.
 
want to lose fat and gain muscle? take anabolics.
recomp is slow. it's only for highly committed people who can track their macros and train fastidiously. this is america - home of the short cuts.

What's everybody's height and weight here? I'm 6'5" 275 rt now...traveling and eating too good put an easy 20 on me smh.

Wow just read that news about Al Audi...seemed like a real cool dude in here and in the dressing better thread. Hope he gets well soon.

In some good news. My dad walks into my office today and drops tickets off on my desk i was like huh....he booked a flight and hotel with them too...I will be at Mr Olympia 2015 in Vegas :smokin
