'The Irishman' Confirmed: Scorsese Directing De Niro, Pacino, Pesci and Keitel in 2011

Because I'm a huge fan of everybody involved with this movie I didn't wanna get my expectations too high and these dudes are old now I didn't expect this to be Goodfellas, Casino, Heat all rolled in one. With that said I loved it. It's a stand alone Mafia/politician movie. It's not the gangster mafia lifestyle joint like Goodfellas, Casino is. For dudes who are pushing 80 years old they put together a great movie. Scorsese still got it. That whole scene where Frank was receiving that award was executed great.

Someone who I haven’t seen get praise yet (on here at least) was Sebastian Maniscalco. Dude killed it!

I know dude is a stand-up comedian and have only heard him on the podcast circuit but I was pleasantly surprised at his performance as Joe the Blonde.

That little arc was one of my favorites of the film.

"This carpet would be good for a crap game"

He was a short highlight of the movie. That had me wanting a Joey Gallo movie. His real story is crazy. His father was a gangster, he was cool with Nicky Barnes, they ran together.
