The Official NBA Season Thread: Derrick Rose Retires 🌹

Old enough now that Jodie Meeks and Greg Monroe are coaches.

Respect whoever changed the thread title

I remember seeing Derrick play when he was 16

He had 25 and 10 without breaking a sweat

That’s what was so crazy about his game to me

A freak athlete that came across so casual and skilled with IQ beyond his years

Got to see him play after throughout his high school career. It was special man.

Celts still win a chip with Mitchell as long as they get cake walk like they did this past year.

Talking about defense like Brown, Holiday Horford KP and White can't cover for Mitchell is crazy talk.

Salute to DRose.

Had a HoF trajectory career sidetracked by injuries kept at IT and carved out a nice career for himself all things considered.

Dunno about him making the HoF but IT will be an interesting case study.

Vikings defense had a play last week where the safeties were right at the line of scrimmage, looked like straight cover zero.

The ball snapped and it was actually a Cover 2, with the corners & safeties swapping responsibilities.

Them dudes were breaking that play down with GLEE  Pure enthusiasm.

Legs is literally the only dude who talks about the actual game and they got him on the graveyard shift last I checked

Yep.

SVP (one of the few GOODT! things still at ESPN) be bringing Legs from out of his cave for his 1:00am SportsCenter shows.
