The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Draft

They won Steph’s minutes by ELEVEN and lost

Fox is unguardable & Sabonis won’t go 5/17 again, they’re in trouble if they can’t stay in front of Monk.

Wiggins is back but in name only. No legs right now & the way conditioning works you never know when they’re coming back. They should’ve given him some run when he rejoined the team in the regular season even if it was just 1 game.

1/8 on WIDE open threes. Then defensively Monk was straight-line blowing past him with ease.

They need him so he has to play but this is an extremely tough situation to be thrown into after 2 months off.

And to think you had doubts about the sabonis trade

:smh:

warriors played very dinshiddie. to be honest, we were lucky to even be in the ball game. couldn't stop dribble penetration and never adjusted to the soft whistles. kerr going to make adjustments. poole probably should've been in the fourth earlier.

Lmao, excuses excuses.

Go get some binoculars and watch more closely

Again, tell me how tf Horford, Timelord, and GWilliams got taken out of the series by GSW after Game 3? It surely wasn't Steph guarding those bigs and boxing out those Celtic bigs LOL

Did the Warriors outrebound and out offensive board the Celtics the rest of series after Game 3 or what? Lol

Warriors WILL struggle with the Suns because? Because Biyombo and Landale GIVE PHX DEPTH BEHIND AYTON.

What big man depth the Warriors got? Lol

Pay attention.

Why won't the Lakers win it all this year despite AD averaging 30 and 12 while playing center FULL TIME?

I'll let you marinate on that bro

otto did his thing but you’re exaggerating bjelica’s role in the finals. he played less than 5mpg, including a DNP in a closeout game and was an overall -19 during his time on the court. yes, he defended tatum well a handful of times -stayed disciplined and stayed in front of tatum- no one’s arguing that. but dubs biggest issue last nite was fox and monk’s quickness to the rim, belly isn’t putting up any better resistance than kuminga or klay in that situation.

if you think Belly is a rebounder or makes it tough for opponents to get on the glass, you’re definitely not watching his game. 6’10 and rebounds like the cowardly lion

we’re really talking about Bjelica being an “impact big.” why are we here this morning?

defense has never been julius' strength. i think he often gets lucky with things not turning out worse than they should when he's playing defense.

also, three of the cavs starters played over 40 mins yesterday (dmitchell with 44 mins) while the most mins played by any knicks was randle with like 34 mins. this with thibodeau as the coach . speaks loud to the deep bench the knicks have (and this with grimes and iq having off games)

bench play yesterday:
cavs -36
knicks +44

I gotta say Clyde x Breen x playoff ball in NYC is the greatest gift not named O’Brien.

They make it to the 2nd rnd & Sade gets shelved til that parade ends.
