Seems plausible to me. Hasn’t played in more than a year and based on the information that’s come out, they didn’t even know exactly what was wrong with him a lot of that time. Reports have said he’s seen like eight different doctors to help him get right and none of them have figured it out. If he can’t play without having pain in his knee, then he probably can’t play at all.
