Other than running, how did you train for it. Crossfit folks swear doing Crossfit cuts minutes off your marathon times. :lol:
I can see it. Everyone says that you should keep up with strength training while running. The running is just so time consuming when it’s your first one though. That’s definitely what I would to differently next time. Make sure I’m still lifting regularly
