shoes dont look like they fit snug on his foot. i can see these sliding off his heel on a hard drive.
I don't see that from those pics. Shoes can look pretty weird on in game pics on cuts/plants but they look good in those pics to me.

Also his PE looks good for his Cavs jersey but the only reason some were hyping that colorway is cuz you know they're a PE. Otherwise they just look like a TB that wouldnt sell if GR

The release pushback is killing me...

I'm leaving the country the week before Christmas and I'd honestly love to be able to take a pair of the Lion's with me when I go...I was planning to get a pair of the ID's when they went live with hopes of receiving them before I leave...Don't think that will be possible unless they put them up by the first week of November, at the latest, and even then it would be a "keep your fingers crossed" situation...

I don't have any of the previous lebrons, save the 7s, and it's surprising to me as well that anyone could say the XIs feel "cheap". Those things are like tanks, the tongue is extremely well padded, the laces are nice, and the cushion is probably one of the best in the market in terms of impact protection and court feel balance. I can see them lasting me for years until the outsole gives out from indoor playing. Hard to say that for a lot of other shoes out there, especially the kobes and the lunarlon bottoming out.

Can you take some pics of what the eyelet hole looks like without the piece that broke off? It really doesn't look like that piece being missing would alter the functionality all that much...Then again if it's exposing some rough edges and such maybe it will cause the laces to wear and break...
Yeah I'll snag a pic of the bare eyelet, it's basically just "rough" unfinished posite with a hole punched through it, so yeah could definitely put some wear and tear on the laces.

Trinidad James showing the LeBron line some love again (He was one of the first to rock King's Prides last year before they launched)

Excuse my non-XII comment but I had to get my two cents in...

The XI's IMO, are worth every penny when constantly used for indoor basketball and become the most comfortable casual shoe... but not out the box.

I've played ball in my XIs on a constant basis and they just keep getting better. The hyperfuse-armorposite upper constantly molds to the foot due to heat, moisture, and wear/tear. The drop in midsole works great, stays stiff for accurate impact protection; therefore it's used when necessary, while the outsole stays low to the ground and worked best when weight is fully applied. The materials and build are spot on, from a durability point of view; which makes the XI's (IMO) the most advanced and well made quality product Nike Basketball has had in a long time. Now I know some of us has had shoddy manufacturing issues with NikeID, but c'mon, that's NikeID - what do you expect when a kid in China is custom making shoes following special instructions and not a factory line.

I'm saying this to then imply that, the XI's are really great for casual wear - until you really break them in.

After months of playing in my XIs, they feel amazing after transitioning from a goto balling shoe to everyday casual wear, actually the most comfortable casual shoe i've worn - no lie.

I know I may have gone on a rant and seemed to have rave about the XIs like it was the second coming of Christ, but I think we don't value of the XIs as much as we should, especially when rating it along side the rest of his line.

The XI is one of the best all-time Basketball shoes, so for people who don't have them and/or on the fence about the XIIs, do your self a favor and spend your money right on the XIs (any CW), worth every penny.

You shouldn't have posted these pics @dwoodactennis

They are stalling on this iD.
Don't know why it's stalled to, with the lag in build time turnaround
THIS. I'm pretty sure someone at nike could set it up to where we can at least "Play" with the iD but not order them

One of the most innacurate statements I have ever heard in my life (saying the XIs are "cheap"). :smh:
I felt the XI's felt cheap as well. Thats why i didnt cop. Since the XII's remind of the IV's and i hope they feel like them too. If not, I'll stick to the fours of IV's I still ball in.

Each to their own, but damn are your guys' standards high if the XIs feel cheap. The only pair of shoes I have that feel better made are my wades and I don't ball in them.

What I'm saying is I believe the XIs are a high quality shoe. And to each their own, we can agree to disagree. I'm not the type to knock other people's taste or opinion.
