Not Iron Chef by any standards.. very simple meal, if it wasnt for the fact that I got laid off, I would be posting my seafood pasta and porter housesteaks..

I might have gone with a little more pasta but that portion honestly isn't that small. Meatballs are pretty filling by themselves. America's idea ofwhat it means to be "full" FTL

Straight up--I am a celebrity chef, used to run a catering company in miami--I done parties for RR, ST, QL and was the personal chef for JH.

I get it in Jamaica now by doing The rich all-inclusive parties and weddings..... If anyone is really interested in being I chef I can give some advice..

Did a Filet Mignon and had mixed results. My cast iron skillet gets too hot and I needed to control the heat better.
