RIP re-broke his nose a little after he stopped wearing the mask the first time. So when it healed the 2nd time he decided to keep it asprecaution and the fans liked it.

As for Sheed, I had a friend awhile back named Lee with that same patch. It's just a birth mark. Its a discoloration in the scalp if I'm not mistaken
