It won't if you keep the cap closed because the air is what drys it out. If you keep the lid shut then air cant get inside and it stays liquid. Same withmarkers

They don't need to, they just put soap there if they want their scalp smelling fresh I guess and for the other guy your face isn't on thetop of your head or back of ya head. Your face stops at where you can no longer frown, like where the creases start on ya forehead they don't just keepgoing.
