Was just about to say something similar. He sounds like he wants to call his shots, and PSG looks willing to do whatever it takes to get him signed. There are just so many conflicting reports/rumors that it is tough to know who is right and wrong.
I edited in some tweets that were posted earlier. If we are to believe them it looks like he wants as many Brazilian teammates as possible. PSG looks like the right option for him in that sense. They already have Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Lucas and Dani Alves.

I enjoyed watching the style of play of Real Madrid's "B-Team" in La Liga more than the sometimes rigid first team last season

The thought of Asensio, Mbappe, Ceballos, Kovacic, and Isco on the pitch together with their skill moves

I was shocked to see this, don't necessarily understand it from an OC standpoint. Are they going to play Dwyer and Larin together? I can't imagine SKC was really looking to sell unless Dwyer was unhappy, but with his wife playing in the same city I figured he would stay in KC for awhile.

I don't get the trade either tbh lol

First thing I thought of was OC has received an attractive offer for Larin. :nerd:

That away kit is very nice. Nike did great with both home and away this yr

If the M'bappe deal goes through, there are a few questions regarding RM's team selection.

1. Bale or Isco / A-team formation
2a. Odd-man out in B-team
2b. B-Team Formation

1. I think Zizou sticks with the lineup featuring Isco, which dismantled Juve. 4-4-2 diamond. CR7 plays a hybrid 7/9 in this formation, links up with Benz and the lineup has more fluidity than the 4-3-3

2a. I think the odd-man out comes down to Llorente (CDM) vs. Lucas Vazquez. Imo this is the season where Zizou's love affair with Vazquez ends, because Llorente's impact forces his way into the team sheet. Similarly to how Casemiro at CDM forced James out of the starting XI. It could be the least we see of RM using the 4-3-3 for an entire season in years. Asensio can also drift to the left side at times and make it a 4-3-3.

2b.

and then the alternative if there's a knock to a midfield player or Zizou just wants to go with basic game Vazquez, who I can still see making a lot of sub appearances even with the first team.

Kovacic was converted to a CDM last season and did well

I also don't think M'bappe displaces Benz from the starting XI just yet this season. Even if he's playing better.

Benzema is good this year but the pressure is on if mbappe comes through.

Benzema handles it well though. Through all the bs he just plays.

If this Mbappe deal goes through, I need it to happen soon so I can see him against MLS next week.

Benz has a great work rate for a striker, plays great with CR, ZZ loves him, I dont see him going anywhere this window, that being said he needs to clinical this season.

The reason Benz continues to start imo is Madrid's emphasis on winning the CL.

One of the most lowkey stats you will ever hear of is that Benzema is 5th all time in UCL goals, and 6th all time in UCL assists.
