It took a couple of years and personal trials and tribulations for me to realize how good of an album it was.

IMO, Jay-Z has only released three albums that can even be considered on the level of Kanye's discography. West is easily the better artist.

For a while I wasn't really checking for Jay, so I don't know his albums well enough to make a list. However, regarding Kanye, I have no clue how anyone can not list College Dropout as his best work. Also, Late Registration was just OK to me and Graduation was 100% wack. MBDTF was very good tho.
