Trade agreement between akrobystia and collektorp

An agreement has been reached between myself and collektorp. I will trade my Air Jordan 4 'Thunder' for his Air Jordan 1 Retro Hi OG 'Knicks' both in a size 11.

1. collektorp will ship his shoes first after receiving a payment of $200 through PayPal as collateral.
2. Once I have received the shoes, I will await his PayPal payment of $200 before shipping my shoes.
3. Shoes will be shipped via USPS priority mail both ways.

Also, please confirm that collateral will be sent as normal PayPal payment. That's my understanding.

Corrections to the agreement stated above:
-I will trade my DS pair of Air Jordan 4 'Thunder' for his DS pair of Air Jordan 1 Retro Hi OG 'Knicks' both in a size 11.
-The payment of $200 each way will be made as a standard PayPal payment and not as a gift.
