They are fake, haven't seen this batch before.
Its missing the 'Jordan.com' and the Jumpman logo on the box label, the box label is also not placed where it should be. The lace bags should be more clear then that and the lines on the top of the lace bags shouldn’t be that close together, it does vary by Nike, but they should be more spaced out then yours. The leather and suede don't look right to me. I don't really like how the swooshes look either, they seem a bit thicker then they should be. The 3M is not right, its placement is not good and it looks small. This batch does get a flaw on the tongue tag correct, that many don't. The insole is missing the letter 'C' on the logo and both are missing the size stickers. The face logos are not well embossed, this does happen in retail pairs also, but its more common in replicas.
Out of curiosity, can you show me the size tag if this is your shoe?

Here is a retail pair in size 11 you can compare to

They don't really seem worn to me.
A size tag with a QR code with those exact dates is very common in replica sneakers. QR codes are very rare in retail pairs, out of the very few pairs that I have been able to confirm authentic, none of them have had those dates. I am not saying all pairs with those dates are fake, their probably exists some real pairs with those dates, but I haven't seen one yet. All the flaws and this size tag point to this shoe being fake.
