Nope then not worth it.

I didn't solely mean expulsion was the only thing to not make it worth it.

If the penalty isn't that bad then its worth it.  If its a bad penalty...then its not worth it ie: Lost scholarship (if he can't afford it otherwise), Expulsion, etc. etc.

but if he just gets a slap on the wrist and kicked out of a frat...prob worth it...you can still hang at the frat just not be actually in it.  But it is subjective to him what type of punishment would actually make the act worth it
