Visiting Los Angeles!!! Where do I go (Clubs/Women/Gear)

I'm heading out to LA this weekend and just wanted to know some good spots to hit up. Clubs, Lounges, Shopping, Food. I'm staying in Downtown LA. Moneywont be an issue as far as getting into clubs. Any must see, or must do's

well lucky for you they built up the new outdoor area in downtown..
I'm too young to experience the other parts of l.a.
but iguess if your into to the "boutique" streetwear, you can head down to fairfax
if you're looking for a thrill, head to six flags...
you can visit the beaches, theyre not spectacular but theyre still cool...
