Was the 1999 Jordan IV Color Cement Grey or Tech Grey

I found a 1999 Jordan IV for sale and the color of it is Tech Grey.  I though the 1999's were cement grey.  Could someone clarify the correct color for me.  Thanks

I have those and on the box they areOnly described as white/black.

box label reads white/black....they're known as cement grey IVs though. I might be wrong but I think tech grey is associated with the upcoming release so maybe they got confused or listed that color by mistake.
