i'm pretty sure it's official. even if i'm wrong, Mike Miller is dead to us man. he was an FA, and made it clear that he wasn't coming back a long time ago.

When he was drafted everyone knew he was going to be a project.  We've seen flashes of amazing things from the guy, but he needs to be more consistent.  From everything that I've heard, he's been working hard, bulked up, and is primed to make a big improvement on both offense/defense.  The ability is clearly there.  I've said it before, but aside from D12, he's the 2nd most athletic big in the NBA.  The addition of Wall is gonna help.  There's no reason why he can't get AT LEAST 6-8 points per- night off of oops or uncontested dunks.  Watch these guys develop their pick n' roll rapport.  Number-wise, he should be 12/9 type player this year while getting close to 2+ blocks per night.  I think everyone who's a fan of the team or has watched him over the past 3 years is expecting a BIG jump in his development this season.

McGee's future with the team has never been in question. He's probably one of the 3 untouchables on the team right now.

Can any of those guys play the 3?  If so, Gil in Milwaukee might not be a bad look.  I think Redd is in no-mans land right now....but I can see the Bucks holding on to him because he's got an expiring deal.

It was his 1st game, so there were PLENTY of jitters from Wall.  Once he gets his speed under control and learns to play with his teammates, I don't see why the Wizards couldn't challenge for a playoff spot this year.  Another thing....if Blatche is getting his touches, I don't see why he couldn't put up #'s that are similar to what STAT did last year (around 22/8 or so....)

Maggette is definitely a SF...Salmons can play SF but should be the starting SG. I think CDR will get his minutes at SG because the team has enough capable SFs at the moment.

So what do you think of moving Gil for Redd?  I think it would give the Bucks a lot of flexibility in their backcourt....you can start gil at the 2, and when Jennings needs a spell...slide him over to the 1.  When Gil is at the 1, you can plug in Salmons/CDR to get minutes there....Honestly, I think it would make sense for both teams....although, I could see the Bucks wanting to include another player in the deal since Redd's contract is coming off the books.

Don't know if this was mentioned, but I saw that Wall was asked to sign autographs for about 15 minutes, but ended up staying over an hour after the game so all the fans who were there could get one.
