What are the best iPhone car docks?

I need one for my car so i don't have to keep looking down at the phone when I use navigation and Spotify ect ect.
Any recommendations on a quality dock from your experiences?  Looking for one that charges and plays music.

Don't get one that hooks up to your radio. Nothing but static. I wish my car had a tape deck or aux port.
