What Jordan 6's are these?

Yes they seem to be Jordan 6 Infrared 23's but if you look at the photo from below you can see that the rear of the shoe is at a different angle and the cut itself seems to slope more upward. So what are they?

Unless it's a defect or a sample, they could be fake. From here, they look like VIs.
