I'll go back and listen to Too Short pretty regularly.

MF Doom for sure.

Some Murs or Brother Ali every couple months.

Like others have suggested, I listen to Ghetty Green at least every Friday or Saturday drinking and smoking at the crib. I thrown The Chronic on weekly as well. Joint is too tough, to this day.

Special Ed -"On A Mission" & "I Got It Made" are the only two tracks I bump.
IMx/Immature (way too many songs for to list from them. They don't get their credit as a group)
Marques Houston (same as his IMx/Immature days. Doesn't get proper credit for his r&b songs)
Camp Lo- "This Is It." (A lot of people know the beat, but not many know the actual song)
Guerilla Black- "Compton" & "You're the One" are the only two tracks I bump
