Nope. Niketalk was created after Nikepark began it's decline. Eric Bros (Nikepark founder) either lost interest or did not have enough time to keep upwith his site. As a result he did not maintain the forum on Nikepark, and it quickly went to shame. Too many immature people ruined what was once good as faras shoes went. Without being moderated in any way, people began posting everything from porn to complete nonsense. not only that, you couldn't have adecent conversation with a flame war igniting. Before NP ultimately closed down completely, Nelson C began promoting a new board called Niketalk. In Decemberof 1999, NT made it's debut. The original 4 Admins were Nelson C, Nikeville, Krvanch, and Methodman...All who were shoe vets in their own right.
