Absolutely, try one of the models I listed. All have forefoot and heel gel. Been a Nike guy forever, since 1987ish, but higher end Asics are where its at. Designs aren't the most aesthetically pleasing, but all day comfort is unreal.

I work in fly knits. I stand 16 hours a day sometimes. I think I'm more conditioned than the shoes though because I get the same results in vans.

word, Asics are so comfortable. My favorite pair is the nimbus.

They are made to be comfortable after running for several miles
Look at stability shoes, those are the ones that have the most cushioning

Danskos, your feet will thank me. Yea I know they look odd, but they are comfy. Especially if you do work that involves standing and walking 15+ hours a day
