if you can get it. Without, it should still taste good. See if you can get your hands on some Angostura bitters to sub for the essence.

None of that pulp OJ

, don't know if you making it cup or pitcher but go 60 OJ and 40 milk. A lot of sugar and ice.

I grew up in St. Lucia and have eaten Caribbean food all my life and I know each island has the own special drinks and dishes they enjoy. But with that being said, for the life of me, I can never understand some of the crap Dominicans choose to consume
