Who's the closest to Hov?

I mean these 2 guys rap about 2 completly differnt subjects but Wale has somewhat of a Jay delivery and flow almost. Anybody else see similarities between the2?

Only other guy I see Hov in is J. Cole, his flow kind of remind me of Jay on Reasonable Doubt with the fast delivery.

I don't see who a lot of people are saying J. Cole, his flow/delivery does not grab your ear like Jay Z. Maybe it is his poor selection of beats butsometimes J. Cole is hard to listen to.
