Why is Popeyes so slow

The “spicy “ tenders aren’t even spicy

The blackened tenders have some decent heat. I use mardi gras mustard with them and they hit real nice

I did that for chic fila one time.. I waited in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes and when I got to the window.. they parked me for another 10 minutes..
