I enjoy ketchup on fried chicken and jerk chicken. Only when I moved to the US did people ever have an issue with it, not sure why. It tastes good.

You put ketchup on anything, you might as well just be eating ketchup.

Maybe on a burger or a hot dog, but that's about it. Ketchup has too strong a flavor to put it on anything that you want to taste...let alone a good steak.

I use a plethora of sauces on fried chicken when I want

Ketchup, Bbq, garlic mayo, chipotle, hot sauce, honey mustard, buffalo sauce, etc.

I don't limit myself with appearing to struggle or any other bull ****.

If it tastes good, it tastes good.

Do you mix them all together in one bottle to make your own ultimate sauce.

either or, or all the above. When you buy it from the street side in JA, from like a pan jerk you just add some ketchup and hot sauce in addition to whatever else, or how feel.
