If they're not going to go that route, at least get him off Raw and move him to Smackdown. He can be more of a focus there.
they should just have him continued to be mocked then he snaps out of the gimmick into a monster heel; that is what I'd do at this point

Brock Lesnar’s signing of a WWE contract on WrestleMania 28 weekend drastically changed several WrestleMania match outcomes and character futures.

The Hell in a Cell match outcome and future was said to be changed quite a bit last minute. Triple H vs Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 29 was one of the top possible matches being discussed prior to WrestleMania 28, with the idea of announcing the match on the 4/2/12 episode of RAW. When Lesnar was signed, WWE decided to scrap the plans for the time being. They wanted Lesnar’s return to be what ended RAW and a match being made between Triple H and HBK is something WWE felt would be so big, it should also end RAW. WWE then decided to hold off on that possible match because with the return of Lesnar, coupled with the belief that The Rock will be involved in next year’s WrestleMania, WWE didn’t want to pigeon hole themselves with a match between Triple H and Shawn Michaels for a year. Sources say the match hasn’t been wiped off the table but conversation of it likely won’t be revisited until WrestleMania 29 gets closer.

Another effect from Lesnar’s signing was John Cena’s future. It was expected that the newly debuted Lord Tensai would have his first feud with John Cena. Once Lesnar signed, WWE wanted Lesnar to start off his WWE return in a feud with John Cena so Lord Tensai is expected to work with CM Punk. Sources couldn’t confirm what the outcome of The Rock vs John Cena match was to be prior to Lesnar’s signing, but there is much speculation that Cena’s loss was decided upon later during WrestleMania weekend to set up the anticipation of Cena’s reaction the next night on RAW and hold the audience’s attention for the end of RAW and Lesnar’s return.

Wade Keller's (PWTorch) Report On Punk
C.M. Punk’s name has been mentioned. One thing working against him is his size. Lesnar is a beast, and Punk is considered relatively skinny for atop level wrestler. While fans may see Punk as credible and invite the match, management would be leery. Plus management wants a sure-thing with Lesnar in terms of box office, and Punk is definitely at best fifth on the list, in their minds, behind Rock, Cena, Hunter, and Taker. It also doesn’t help that Punk walks around looking like he walked out of a car accident when he’s backstage. Management notices that he’s often walked around with a heat pack or an ice pack or is doing stretching and just in general looks beaten and battered. I noticed in the WrestleMania video package that since 2008 when Punk debuted in WWE, he’s aged 15-20 years. He’s got crow’s feet wrinkles next to his eyes and big bags under his eyes. His hair looks thinner and frail. He just looks like someone who really needs time off, something he almost took last summer, but his send-off promo was too good and he was drawn back for the big payday. Management is less likely to invest one of a handful of Lesnar matches over the next 12 months in someone they quietly may not think has the physical endurance to be a centerpiece “super trooper

CM Punk isn't even that small anymore; he has gotten a lot bigger...his arms are like twice the size they were a couple years ago
I think a Brock vs. Punk feud would be EPIC
