Just placed a phone order with Eastbay 5 mins ago and received email order confirmation just now. Hope it all goes through. They asked what size and said they had to check warehouse on system, confirmed they had size and said should ship in next couple of days. 8.5 too. Fingers crossed.

So do others suggest sizing .5 down as well? I'm a narrow-footed guy so I'm not worried about the width and don't like too much extra toe room. Plus, I'm normally an 8.5, maybe it'll be easier finding an 8 at a good price? I know 8.5 is definitely a mythic struggle of epic proportions...

Just got through  to FRESH about an 8.5 (I left my info with them earlier in the week when the info was first posted). Gave them my name to look up and they said sold out of the 8.5. Not sure about other sizes. Said they had a huge list. Rep was nice though.

Couldn't resist and went by Fox Hills late afternoon around 5pm. Got a pair of banned at size 14. They had a few size 14 black toes left at that point. People were just getting back in line and copping multiple pairs at the sizes left. Not even sure why I bought this 14 when I need an 8.5. Think...

I just called Fox Hills as I'm at least 30 away. Said they had "massive lines" and were selling out fast. Wouldn't even let me ask if they had black toes avail, they just hung up haha.
