Kill the ones you can and then save it. And don't forget you have shouts you can use. Those help alot in some situations.

Just got back on this game had it since release and only played a few times. Dope game but it seems like everytime I die it's that damn USAS. I get hit from far as hell too. Sniping in this game is so damn fun, Idk how the hell ya'll are getting these far kills my furthest is like 200m away...

Anyone heard of this Ps3 Xploder software? I'm guessing this is how people have such a high level with the trophies. This program lets download ANY save off the net and re-sign the name to yours. So usually it will be like "The save isn't yours and trophies can't be earned" or whatever, this...

That's why the save at any time option is dope though. Don't got much time you can at least start a quest and kill a few things then save and do what you gotta do.

Probably answered already but to the people that completed the game already, if you beat the main storyline can you continue to play? Thinking about just banging out the main story quests and then do the side stuff, running around leveling up and exploring after. Want to make sure I wont get cut...
