Hey Dom, just wondering if your ice box set up has changed at all. Do you still use the two reptiglo bulbs or are you using one now? How long do you usually keep them icing and do you still use that same retrobright formula or do you use seaglow or Angelus solebright or something like that now...

Thanks for the advice. I actually don't care about the jumpan on the insole, Im just wondering how I can get all the sock lint and little hairs out of there. Its pretty gross, and after putting it in the washer on a heavy duty cycle it doesn't look like much came off, so thats what im worried...

Its more of an egg shell white. So some yellow to it, yes.

Here are the final results on those foamposites I was asking for help with a while ago. I thought I should share it, especially because this the the first pair i've ever done and I think it looks pretty good.

okay I just did an outdoor session for about 1hr 45 min and the results were fantastic. I had no idea theres such a difference between indoor and outdoor treatments. Thanks for the advice Dom.

So do you use the outdoor method? Does it need to be sunny outside to do it, and how long are the sessions?
