My shoe order was in the 14xx but my separate merch/clothing order was in the 18xxx. I think a lot of people may have separated orders as well and can't just be 20k of shoe orders alone.

LA texts go out either at 1pm pst or 4pm pst. So if you do not get one at 1pm you may still get one at 4pm. If you are not selected at all you should get a text at 7pm pST that you have not been selected.
