Distance and aperture play a significant role on much you want the subject(s) to be in focus... I stopped down my 85L to f/2.8 to get most of the Space Jam focused while still creating enough "bokeh" to separate the subject from the background... I'm sure I could've done the same at f/1.8, but...
Yikes... Haven't posted here in quite some time... Hope all is well and getting their game-face-photography-on!!! Anyhoo... A few to contribute to this ongoing and wonderful thread!!!

Interesting Nikon glass releases... I wish the 16-35 f/4 was f/2.8... At least it has VR to it... But to be completely honest, you really don't need VR at those focal lengths... Nonetheless, I'm sure they'll be useful with the f/4 aperture...
Anyhoo... Some contributions from the Flickr...
Hey NikeAirsNCrispyTees...
In a nutshell... The 1Ds2 is an amazing body considering it's over 6 years old (compared to photography technology standards of today)... Pro levelbuild, functionality, 45 focus points, fast and accurate focusing speed... Fantastic control of exposure performance...
Yup yup... Gotta love that "prime" love... Especially with the playful and creative aperture at your disposal... So what's your glass lineup,Rikan?!
