These teams with deep rotations are going to have their ways with teams with no rotation.

More or less Thornton and Reke have to both average 20 for them to have a shot.
You can just about pencil in Jimmer for 10-15, and I think the plan is Reke and hopefully for them Jimmer to handle the ball, and to match Reke up on Small forwards.

considering he played PG in the league for 38 years w/ no athleticism and is 2nd all time in assists he should know a thing or two about running a team.
i understand he doesn't have much of a resume, but do we seriously need to give the Jim O'Briens of the coaching world another chance?

Kind of suspicious to me that they schedule a Warriors vs Clippers game for Christmas instead of the Spurs and Grizzlies rematch. Now it all makes sense... Stern intervening on the Lakers CP3 trade and then letting the Clippers acquire him. He knows the Warriors have a loyal fan base and the emerging young clippers now have a star along with Blake...hmm...interesting.

They changed our game very last minute before finalizing the schedule too. Initially, it was only going to be 3 games on opening night, then a few days later word leaked it was 5 and Thunder-Grizz was actually one of them, then when the final schedule came out it had been changed to the Magic for some reason which makes no sense.
I don't know if I should start a new topic or not, but I wanted to talk about some of these contracts.
What was the lockout for again? 5yr 40mil for Marcus Thornton? 25mil over 2 yrs for Rodney Stuckey? 5yr 67 mil for Nene? 14.5mil a yr for Marc Gasol over 4 yrs? 43mil over 4 yr for De'Andre Jordan and has 7points? 10mil a yr for a 31 yr old David West who is just returning from ACL surgery? 9mil for Greg "Missed 75% of my career" Oden?
Right when the offseason starts, we have 2 superstars demanding trades and trying to bully themselves to bigger markets, one successfully so. \
We just wasted 2 months of everybody's time, 16 games, and billions of potential dollars.
Also, I hope Jeff Green is ok. He is going to miss the ENTIRE season with an aortic aneurysm. I don't even know what that type is, but I know what an aneurysm is, scary stuff.

Warriors played OKC last year on Christmas or day after IIRC on ESPN. They must like the Warriors as well.

The Spurs don't make for good TV ratings. You know damn well they weren't playing on Christmas. Clippers/Warriors was just a way to squeeze a late game in since it's on the west coast.
Klay Thompson is gonna get some good minutes off the bench. He's played well other than the 5 fouls so far.

Someone give me a recap of the first 3 quarters. How is jimmer playing on a scale of 1-10. Honestly when the reg season hits in expecting 10-20 minutes a game.... I'm out to dinner and can't watch the game

Jimmer looking comfortable out there right now. Defense is a little suspect. Not bad with 21 pts 7-11 shooting 4-6 on 3s.

Even when Jimmer is in isolation he is getting good attempts.
He has been hitting the shots when Thornton and Reke have been penetrating.
But he looks like he can score in iso too.
