You need to get out of "da Heights" my friend.

Non-black folks were on it when "hood" folk were putting spinners and oversized chrome rims on their ride.

I could only speak for SoCal though.

My homie had a truck just like this, different rims (same color).

As far as getting sleeved up, the hood was behind on that one too.
