I actually feel the same way and I'm black as well. She's definitely pretty but I like women who don't wear tons of makeup, have big weaves, wigs, etc.
I always compare my taste to Common. He's had Erykah Badu, Keri Washington, Taraji P Henson, Serena, etc. Women who seem down to Earth.
Trust me, I've heard it all from my homies though when I say she doesn't do it for me like that...
