Actually Big Boi is the weakest link of Outkast.  Stacks carries Big Boi.  It wasn't until Aquemini when Boi really started to raise the bar. 

Proof - Big Boi Solo career didn't do much.

As Jay-Z said, Andree is to what Lauryn Hill were to the Fugees.  Think abou tthat.

Let me know when Future can sells diamond albums.  

I love Future, but he idolize the Dungeon Family (Goodie Mobb, Outkast, Slim Calhoun, Witchdoctor, Etc)

Don't get me wrong, I roll with Future.  But Future has yet to create anything timeless.

Outkast music is timeless.  You can put anything on from Outkast and the vast majority of the people knows who it is or the lyrics.

I know people in Atlanta that would argue DS2 and 56 Nights are timeless projects the same way they'd argue ATLiens and Aquemin are timeless.

I know I told y'all to take this to the music forum but I'm gonna be a hypocrite and respond lol.

We will see when Future's run is up how he stacks up against the greats. Andre 3000 is in there with the greatest rappers of all time. You can't deny his influence. When simple lines you've spit in the past turn into the hooks for modern day rappers you know you're a legend in the rap game.

I"m not taking anything away from Future. You just can't objectively compare two careers where one is just heating up and the other is basically retired. It's like when people used to always compare Kobe vs. Jordan. Looking like we may be able to objectively compare those two careers soon though, which will probably cause even more controversy on NT than this discussion
