Nah, they're leather pants. He's been on record saying that he has the largest collection of leather pants in hip hop. 
I'm not mad at him though, thats his style, he pulls it off. 

Those balenciaga joints are tough though. I have a pair of waxed denim amongst my black jean collection, and they are definitely dope if you pull them off with the all black look.

I couldn't ever do leather pants myself though. *shrug*
