Hrm.  Perhaps I am wrong, but I think the point of the song was to point out the hypocrisy, to reveal a darker side to something he is into.  Its not like he took off the J's at the end of the video.

Lol.  Probably, but I'm a literature major so its instinctual.  I think there is a difference though, one is vapid doggerel and the other is poetic - but that's just me.

That's not what I said. My point was Fab acted like a huge Knicks fan and always repped them (but he also wore other teams). Now he's always talking about the Nets and stuff like that. That was my point, it's corny to me.

I think NYers, especially Brooklynites, get their once chance to switch up allegiance from jump. ...I mean, if you're from BK and your borough gets a team after not having one, it's acceptable to ditch your team to adopt them.
