With Isco injury that makes Asensio an automatic starter, this more Vazquez off the bench, sigh, Vazquez is someone who really thrived off the Ronaldo connection, his minutes this year have been a lot of nothing.

This is awful news. This stretch of matches we have in the league is crucial. At Sevilla, Madrid derby, and playing the surprise of the season so far in third place Alaves. And then he’ll be rusty as hell in El Clasico. Isco brings a completely different dynamic to the team as an extra midfielder who can keep possession and the attack going. This ability seems to shine most in big matches where he brings an extra calmness to the team against pressing.

That said hope dude gets better soon and things go smoothly with his procedure. All eyes are on Asensio now.

I agree that Pogs was 100% correct, but I don't think he should have said it to the media. I'm guessing his reasoning is that he's just tired of playing for Mou, and he's going to leave at the end of the year anyway.
