Yea they definitely made it known they'll be in for him last summer but I think the Qatari's are gonna be going just as hard for him :lol:

The likes of ADM, Neymar, Paredes have all been talking up the possibility in the press and I'm sure they've been tapping him up in private. Even Poch was commenting on the possibility but was a little more subtle/coy about it a few weeks back.

Those 2 are probably the only 2 clubs in the world that can afford it and I think the prospect of having that trio as a showcase leading into the Qatar WC is gonna be real tempting for them to pour whatever resources they need to make it happen

His time in Montreal wasn't something to consider a failure was it? I know it wasn't great, and there were some serious struggles, but he did seem to get things turned around a bit getting into the playoffs. Or is that more to the players' credit than to Titi?

It wasn't a total failure but it wasn't great either.

He did an okay job managing to qualify under the circumstances, since the squad was pretty bad :lol:

, but they caught a lot of unlucky breaks with injuries that stifled any momentum.

He was talking up improvement in the next season when the rebrand happened just a few weeks back so I'm kinda surprised by the Bournemouth link but I wouldn't knock him for wanting to go back to England.

this can be applied to RM too. Sign less Vinis Rodrygos and Jovics.

It annoys me that Real had a working model, which was comprehensively outlined in the RM Way, and they threw their whole strategy out of the window. Get the best players, and have a solid academy for sales/complementing Galacticos. Also getting players at the right age, not too young or too old. Bruno Fernandes is an example of missing a player at the right age. Now we have a retirement home/daycare center hybrid going.

It’s like since Flo made the mistake of keeping Bale instead of getting Mbappe to play with CR and Benz, he went full on reactionary mode trying to find the next Mbappe. And even failed in that mission by not getting Haaland.
