As others have said, I’ll only believe it when Conte is officially announced. And even then I might question if I’m dreaming.
Been a big fan of Conte since his Euros run with Italy.
What he then did at Chelsea was incredible. Players you’d otherwise write off as average at best or even bad, Conte manages to improve them significantly.
If we really do snag Conte as our manager I’ll be very excited. I’d just worry about the relationship with Levy quickly turning sour.
I wouldn’t expect Conte to magically fix our struggles but he’s certainly the best option on the market at the moment.
