Damn, this City score....:wow: ...... Just saw Otamendi

See now City are going to spend £250 million on two CB’s this Winter.

Ansu Fati starting against Valencia:nerd::nerd:
important match if he can show the same form he’s previously shown. that would cement his first team bid
finally the frenkie busquets arthur midfield we've been waiting for
huge test for barca still w/ no suarez or messi

Just saw the City scoreline, what the hell is going on? Damn near the whole Norwich squad is injured too, including 4 CBs.

Exactly, Walker and Otamendi walking scarecrows in the backline for us.

Typical trap game, matchweek after International break and the week before UCL. Didnt think it was gonna happen to us but it did.

Hey Belguim they pronounce J’s in Dutch right? It’s not a soft J like in German and Spanish?

yes and yes

i expect a draw unfortunately. last season we drew them twice then got washed in the CDR finals.
this midfield has to dominate to win cause there are 2 kids up front

I expect a Barça win.

I think the Valencia players are still fuming Peter Lim let Marcelino go. Such a terrible sacking.

It depends but generally yes.

My name for example is Joachim and you start the pronunciation with "yo."

The word "job" however is pronounced as "djob."
There's not really any logical rule for which J's are soft and which ones aren't.

I can't believe what I'm watching, seeing City play like this is bringing a tear of you to my eye

Tammy Abraham the young King with the hatty, love to see it

Really, so some pronounce the J’s and some don’t? Is it regional?

So with Frenkie, is it pronounced “De Jong” or “De Yong” .... or both work?

It's not regional. Dutch in general is known for being pretty random when it comes to linguistic rules.

De Jong is pronounced "the yong."
Also, jong in Dutch means young.
