Yeah, should be, at least let the aways fans in. Empty stands makes viewing the game boring, also the players seem to not respond on the field the same without the chanting, cheers etc..

Looks like UEFA prevented CSKA from making any money for the CL match by only letting the match occur without any fans. It didn't stop 55 Bayern fans who rented a place in a bearby high rise to watch the game.
