Rumors surfacing that Barca & NT's favorite Marco Reus agreed to a transfer deal for 2016. Rues would be loaned out to Dortmund for 2015 during the transfer ban period & then join the team in 2016 [grain of salt taken].

Those rumors been floating around for a minute. I don't see it happening. A deal like that without Bayern/United/P$G/Citeh even getting a whiff it, just doesn't sound right.

whats ticket prices like? need to do this one day. make it my bucket list

ViaGogo is fine, I've used them to get Atletico tickets in the past, Very pricey though

i went to last yrs el classico in Madrid. . . look back at last yrs thread for pics, etc.. paid 350 for my ticket through viagogo and was worth it imo.. they had a place walking distance from the stadium where i had to pick up the ticket (season ticket holders ticket so its more like a Credit card) and return it after the game.. VERY SMOOTH process.. also used them for the united game i just went to.
If you just want to see a normal game in madrid i would reccomend calling the stadium directly to get face value tickets (i did this for a game against malaga however that wont work for el classico)

Jorge Mendes (Portuguese Super Agent for ya'll that don't know) said on Spanish television that Ronaldo isn't going anywhere, he'll stay at Real Madrid for the rest of his career. He also said Ronaldo can play at a top level until he's 40 because he's such a great athlete.

Don't trust agents, let alone Jorge Mendes. Bunch of agent talk :lol

I do think Ronnie can play well into his 30's tho.

WTF are you talking about. What ignorant posts have I posted. You still bitter my world cup predictions came true and yours didn't b :rollin
Truth Serum hops in here with some random ignorance every now and then. No point in debating with him since all he'll do is tell you to sit down and how he's been watching football for decades if you prove him wrong :lol
LOL so true, dude was talking reckless in the World Cup thread

Walcott should be back in training after the International break from what I've been reading... Will prob play sometime toward the end of the month...

Serge Gnabry and Sanogo should be back soon as well...

Hopefully this Ozil injury puts some pressure on the Ox to step up...

Yeah I think Ozil is back in training this week. Hopefully Jack can step up in the #10 roll or Santi.

Welbeck
Sanchez Jack/Santi Walcott
Rambo Arteta
Gibbs Pers Kos Chambo
Szez
I prefer Santi in the 10

Also Rambo and Arteta are out.

Walcott is not quite ready for a full 90.

Flamini and Wilshere should take the 2 CDM spots. Sanchez out right and Podolski on the left. Coquelin should start at RB.

has this been posted? lol
Just a shame he was offside

I think he only tried the flick goal, BECAUSE he knew he was offside. Had be in onside, he would walked it into the net.

Cause if he had missed trying that flair, ala Balotelli, he probably would have been benched right then and there.
still disrespectful :lol

Messi is 3 goals (249) away from breaking Telmo Zarra's La Liga record of most goals at 251. Barca next faces Eibar at home Oct 18th & their next Liga game is the classico on Oct 25th. If he breaks the record during the classico, I wonder what kind of celebration will occur at the Bernabeu? :D :smokin

I don't hate on Ronnie... I love watching him play. I watch him with my son trying to teach him how to properly set up his feet when taking a shot after breaking from a run. I think that argument is stupid though...

One has to remember when the Tendinosis will rear it's ugly head. It looks like whatever treatment he's getting is working for now. I think this will come into play at some point.

Tendinosis, sometimes called chronic tendinitis, chronic tendinopathy, or chronic tendon injury, is damage to a tendon at a cellular level (the suffix "-osis" implies a pathology of chronic degeneration without inflammation).

Roy Keane recalls endearing story about Eric Cantona’s selflessness at Manchester United
By James McGlade
Updated: October 9, 2014

Roy Keane has recalled a rather wonderful story about Manchester United legend Eric Cantona in his new autobiography The Second Half.

Cantona, who preceded Keane as United captain, had a different approach to leadership, inspiring players with his charisma.

In an extract published by The Telegraph, Keane recalls a rather endearing story about Eric Cantona showing his generosity and selflessness: “In my early years at United, there was a players’ pool and each of us would get about £800 out of it at the end of the season for the work we’d done for the in-house magazines, the club videos.”

“We were all on decent money and eight hundred quid wasn’t going to make or break us, so one time, we decided to put all the cheques into a hat and the last cheque out, whoever’s name was on it, got to keep all of the cheques.

“We all put our cheques in except a couple of the younger players – I think it was Becks and Gary and Phil (Neville).

“They opted out. They were new on the scene and didn’t have the money to spare, but Scholesy and Nicky Butt put their cheques in.

“I think I was the third last name out, so I got a run for my money, but the last cheque out – Eric Cantona. He’d won about sixteen grand.

“He came in the next day, there was plenty of banter – ‘Eric, you lucky b——!’ F—— money to money.’

“But he had got somebody to cash the cheques, he’d split the money in two and he gave it to Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt because, he said, the two of them had the balls to go into it when they couldn’t really afford it.

“The two lads took home about eight grand each.

“I just thought, ‘what a gesture.’ Nobody else would have done it.”

What a hero. Eric Cantona is cool personified.

Ronaldo probably getting the Kobe german knees treatments

I've been saying this. Def think he got it during the International break in early September where he didn't join Portugal, he came back after that rejuvenated.

Doesn't Ronaldo have like 13 goals already? I think breaking the 50 goal mark is very realistic

It's realistic, it's not out of the realm of possibilities but I just don't think it's going to happen. It's much easier said than done. Injuries could flare up again, goal drought could happen, etc. Everything has to be perfect in order for it to happen. I just wouldn't bet on it.

First reply "Manchester City will still be in the group of death" :lol
